My mission is simple; to help people move beyond the barriers that stand between them and the care, resources, and opportunities they need to live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Weather those barriers involve mental health, navigating the healthcare system, transportation, housing, food access, finances, or simply not knowing where to start, my goal is to walk alongside you- not in front of you. I believe that lasting change happens through trust, compassion, education, and empowerment.
As a Community Health Worker, I serve as a bridge between individuals, families, healthcare providers, and community resources. I advocate for those who need a voice, provide education that empowers people to make informed decisions, and connect individuals with services that support their overall well-being.
